Food-Grade CO₂ (Carbon Dioxide E290)
Food-grade carbon dioxide (CO₂ E290) is an odourless, colourless gas that plays a critical role across a wide range of food and beverage applications. From carbonating sparkling water and soft drinks to pressurising beer taps, preserving freshness in packaging, and supporting plant growth in aquariums, CO₂ E290 is one of the most versatile food-safe gases available.
All cylinders supplied by Ramdon contain food-grade CO₂ certified to standard EN 12205 / UN 1013, stored in liquid phase under pressure and suitable for direct contact with food and beverages.

Disposable (Non-Refillable) CO₂ Cylinders
Disposable CO₂ cylinders are the ideal solution when refilling is inconvenient, no local filling station is available, or when you need a reliable backup supply at all times. They are pre-filled, ready to use, and require no deposit or return logistics.
⚠️ Safety notice: Disposable cylinders must always be used upright to prevent liquid CO₂ from entering and clogging the pressure reducer. Refilling is strictly prohibited. Once empty, dispose of the cylinder as household recyclable waste in accordance with local regulations.
Cylinders are stored as compressed gas in liquid phase. Keep away from heat sources, in a dry and hygienic environment. Shelf life: 3–4 years.
